10 Steps To Researching A Question On The Internet And Putting The Answer In A MS Word Report.

Step 1: Find a question to answer in your report document.
a) To do this you must open Internet Explorer.
b) To do this you must open up a new Microsoft Word Document.
c) To do this you must first open your report document.
d) To do this you must ask your teacher for help.
Step 2: Research the answer to your question by using the Internet.
a) To do this you must go to google and type in your question.
b) To do this you must research by looking in your Internet favorites folder with the name of your report.
c) To do this you must look for the answer in your report document.
d) To do this you must ask your teacher for help.
Step 3: When you find the answer, highlight the paragraph that answers your question.
a) Click and drag your mouse over the text that answers your question and it will turn blue.
b) Write your answer down on a sheet of paper so that you'll be able to type it in your report document.
c) When you find the answer add it to your report favorites folder.
d) To do this you must ask your teacher for help.
Step 4: Copy the text that is highlighted onto your invisible clipboard.
a) Choose <Edit> from the menu and then select <Copy>.
b) Right-Click on the highlighted text and choose <Copy>
c) Push the keyboard "ctrl" key and "C" key at the same time.
d) All of the other answers are correct.
Step 5: Go back to your report document and find the question that you have found the answer to.
a) You will need to open up a new MS Word Document.
b) You will need to go to My Documents and find your report document.
c) You will need to ask the teacher what he did with your document.
d) You will find your document in the task bar at the bottom of your screen because you minimized it.
Step 6: Paste your text in the correct place in your document.
a) Position the cursor in the correct place and click the icon of a clipboard to paste the text.
b) Choose <File> and then select <Copy>
c) Right-click and choose <Copy>
d) All of the other answers are correct.
Step 7: Highlight the Internet URL address on the Internet page where you found your answer.
a) Make sure this is the Internet page where you copied the answer.
b) Open up the Internet page by choosing it from the task menu.
c) Make sure the answer you copied is no longer highlighted in blue.
d) All of the other answers are correct.
Step 8: Highlight and copy the URL address to the invisible clipboard.
a) Highlight the address which begins with http:// , right-click on it and choose <copy>.
b) Select <edit> from the menu and then choose <paste>
c) Select <file> and choose <copy>.
d) All of the other answers are correct.
Step 9: Open your report document and move the cursor to the end of the answer you pasted.
a) Choose your report document from the blue task bar on the bottom of the screen.
b) Move the cursor with your mouse and click at the point where you want to insert the URL address.
c) Make sure the cursor is at the very end of the text you just pasted.
d) All of the other answers are correct.
Step 10: Paste your URL address in the correct place and make it a hyperlink.
a) Paste your answer and you're done.
b) Choose edit and the select <copy>.
c) Paste your answer with the clipboard icon and then push the keyboard <enter> key.
d) All of the other answers are correct.
