Then nation’s President has issued an order shutting down all newspapers critical of his policies. There will now be only one newspaper available. The newspaper is owned by members of the President’s family.

The government of this country has just voted to approve an amendment to its Constitution, allowing 18-year olds to vote in all elections.

The latest figures were just released. They state that the country now has over 1,000 active newspapers and 500 privately owned television stations.
